Click on the black "Book a Bay" button at the top of the page and follow the prompts to reserve a tee time.
You were given a unique entry code when you reserved your tee time. Your code can be found in your confirmation email or in your Trackman app. Enter your code on the keypad to the right of the door up to 30 minutes prior to your tee time.
Your entry code is good for up to 30 minutes after your bay rental ends for just such occasions. If more than 30 minutes has passed - please reach out by email or phone and we will arrange to get your item back to you.
Please call us immediately at 509.764.0671 for any issues with your simulator. We will do our best to get you up and running again as quickly as possible.
While our bays are quite spacious, we have a limit of 4 people per bay. We recommend 2-3 people for an hour of play time for adequate play time. You may want to consider booking a longer play time for more people.
We recommend an hour and a half for 2 people to comfortably play 9 holes with time to warm up. More time may be needed for additional players.
Please contact us so that we can ensure proper cleaning as soon as possible. You can call 509.764.0671 or email us at info@smarteesgolf.com.
We have a coffee bar, water cooler and vending machine snacks available. You are welcome to bring your own snacks or order takeout from the neighboring restaurants. We just ask that you keep food and drinks in the designated areas, not on the the turf.
Unfortunately, no. After looking into the laws and liabilities we have found that we unfortunately cannot allow alcohol.
